Reset Method vision

Everything around us dictates that only external activities and material goods can do something about our sense of incompleteness and imperfection.
We come to believe that life is for 100% feasible and that we can manipulate our own reality by positive thinking.

Even spirituality seems to have become a “gadget”. We are being overfed by the enormous amount of offers made in the spiritual circuit, shopping from course to guru and from workshop to therapy, not allowing ourselves the rest and time we need to embrace and practice the things we have learned.

A growing amount of people is becoming aware of being imprisoned in structures of control and attachment.
Attachment to matter, appearance, power, money, beauty ideals, perfection, excitement “and tension.
But also attachment to chase happiness compulsively, finding enlightment and wanting to be “holy”.

We meditate , pray  and practice yoga but in our daily life we often experience fear, stress and restlessness.
We are talking about letting go, surrendering and trusting,

In our mind we understand most things that we learn, but each time that we don’t practice what we preach we judge ourselves.

The quest for happiness seems to make  us increasingly unhappy and our mind seems to have become our biggest enemy…..
