Lot Knoppers
Lot Knoppers is a theatre maker and actrice by origin.
Fifteen years ago, after she went through an intensive period recovering from "alcohol dependency" she discovered her talent to guide and counsel people in similar processes.
By having this experience herself, helping people with addictions has become an important part of her work.
Primarily, she mainly focused on counselling a group of socially successful people who wanted to recover from compulsive patterns and addictions.
Later, after a 4 year training with Israelian therapist Erel Yedidia, her work area reached a wider range.
At this moment she guides people who, for any reason, get stuck in life on a social, relational and professional level; people who have a desire to deeper their awareness. The Reset Method is the foundation of all her work.
