The "Reset" method

Everything around us dictates that only external activities and material goods can help us cope with feelings of inadequacy and imperfection. We seem to have become slaves of our animal impulses, looking for fast satisfaction of our needs. We want all sorts of things, and we want it now or rather yesterday! We are mainly looking for a "quick fix"!

Even spirituality has become "a gadget" We are being over fed by the enormous amount of offers made in the spiritual circuit, shopping from course to guru and from workshop to therapy, not allowing our selves the rest and the time we need to embrace and practice the things we have learned.

the reset method A growing amount of people is becoming aware of being imprisoned in structures of attachment.
Attachment to materialistic goods, power, money, beauty ideals, perfection, excitement and tension, thus "keeping up appearances", in the outside world. But also attachment to chasing happiness compulsively, finding enlightment and wanting to be "holy".
In theory, we often know how we should like to live. We pray, we meditate or practice yoga. But when we come home we growl at our children, we are restless or stressed out. We are talking about letting go, surrendering and trusting, but how do we practice these words? In our mind we understand most things that we learn, but each time that we don’t practice what we preach we judge ourselves. Our mind seems to have become our biggest enemy.

By means of talking, breathing exercises and physical treatment, the Reset Method brings us back into our body, and leads us out of our mind. By doing this, the mind is stimulated to let go and "reset" old assumptions, visions and fears. Most of us create a reality based on (unconscious) fear. Fear of shortage, failure and loss etc. By re-connecting with our body and by surrendering to the process we can let go of illusions, enabling our selves to create a new reality. We will learn to accept life as it comes and experience more freedom, honesty, compassion, inner peace and humanity. We will experience a larger freedom of choice.
